Bacho Vega is the Founding Partner of The Vega Law Group, where he serves clients as both trusted legal counsel and business advisor during all stages of growth. 

With his 20 years in law, Bacho has represented clients in business organization and compliance, real estate, commercial litigation and landlord matters. Admitted to practice in all Arizona and Utah federal and state courts, he represents hundreds of businesses in their local and national transactions. 

An endurance athlete and native of Puerto Rico, Bacho received a J.D. degree from the University of Utah College of Law and a B.A. degree in political science from Brigham Young University.

Donene Olmstead is a fifth generation native of Arizona. She attended high school in Indonesia and Algeria, where she graduated from The International School at Bethioua. She was awarded a Magna Cum Laude Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Secondary Education from Brigham Young University-Hawaii in 1986. 

Donene spent many years working in four Texas law firms, including Haynes and Boone as a legal secretary in their corporate bankruptcy division. Donene has been working with Bacho since she returned to Arizona in 2009. 

Donene enjoys spending time with her Australian Cattle Dog, Maggie, reading, knitting and spinning wool into yarn to knit. 

Lou Carmona has more than 25 years of legal experience. The majority of his time is spent handling nearly every type of civil litigation matter, supporting clients who have who have suffered catastrophic injuries to clients who need to resolve complicated liens. 

Lou also has more than four years of insurance defense work in which he has handled claims and defense cases for some of the largest carriers in the nation.

At The Vega Law Group, Lou works on business development and client support. 

In his spare time, he coaches high school wrestling and has done so for more than 26 years. 

 Debi Florence, a Certified Public Accountant, is the Founder and CEO of Deravia & Co. She assists The Vega Law Group clients as one of our business consultants and advisors. Harnessing all her years of expertise and experience, Debi's goal is to help entrepreneurs launch, grow and ultimately make all their professional dreams a triumphant reality.  

Debi has a passion for helping her clients realize their dreams. She loves what she does; her job is definitely not work to her. However, when she is not hard at work helping other professionals, she loves spending time with her family. In particular, she loves being a hockey and golf mom, and she takes great pleasure in traveling and exploring the world around her.

Mariangel Babbel is a seasoned marketing and communications professional who has worked with a variety of entrepreneurs and startups to elevate their brand and story.  She believes that a business with a remarkable story can reach the right audience and make an impact on the bottom line. 

As a business consultant and advisor to clients of The Vega Law Group, Mariangel helps companies strengthen their story, build influencer programs, earn media coverage, create content that drives revenue and design scalable marketing strategies. She also coaches visionary leaders with their professional platforms.

Mariangel has a B.S. from Brigham Young University and an M.B.A. from the University of Hawaii.
